DontSmokeWeed Posted July 29, 2014 #1 Report Share Posted July 29, 2014 recently i purchased a bag at neiman marcus, and the bag comes with a cute tiny padlock, but when it arrived, every thing was fine except the lock- i didnt receive it so i chatted with the reps of NM, and someone told me there's nothing they could do, and to solve this they just give me a $20 refund in the name of "courtesy", i knew its the only way out so i accepted it do you have similar experiences before, i'm asking seriously cause i really miss my fucking fine padlock Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
