Had Some Unhappy Experience Shopping For A Bag

recently i purchased a bag at neiman marcus, and the bag comes with a cute tiny padlock, but when it arrived, every thing was fine except the lock- i didnt receive it :smokeney:


so i chatted with the reps of NM, and someone told me there's nothing they could do, and to solve this they just give me a $20 refund in the name of  "courtesy", i knew its the only way out so i accepted it :idc1:


do you have similar experiences before, i'm asking seriously cause i really miss my fucking fine padlock :umomg:
