I don't see an easy way out of this for her and I fear for her well-being. Millions of people have mental issues and go to work, take care of their kids, make their own decisions... Based on what we know, which could be little to nothing, I think she could have full control of her life and career with the help of a group of qualified counselors and advisors. No need for a conservatorship at this point. But we don't know her medical records, so...

Like I said, I believe he has a team of people advising him what to do when it comes to legal decisions like this, however, I feel the point has come where he needs to take responsibility as a father and put his foot down to the higher ups telling him what legal moves to make.

one possible reason for that request is that there are 7 companies attached to lousiana and florida

all active companies filed in california as foreign are linked to lousiana. they were all filed before the conservatorship but currently have james spears as president / ceo and sole member

This makes it make a lot more sense, though why they would want to now to extend the c-ship makes the whole thing very curious ...

my guess would be that, since they're being investigated, extending the cship to those states gives them some kind of upper-hand in case  a legal procedure is filed in those states, so they would try to protect first the places where there's more money to lose
