I have no idea, but I'm inclined to say no.

 

Unless it's like a really super meaningful letter and you are dying from cancer or something, she probably won't see it. I mean, most celebs just have their assistant deal with that stuff. It's kind of sad, but true.

 

However that's purely speculation. You can only try, send a letter to her and see what happens.

I doubt she'll personally read them... be realistic people. You think she has the time to read all the fan mail she'll get? No one could..99% of the time her assistants read it all or most likely look at it and see if it's worth to show Britney. Not being rude, just don't get your hopes up that she'll reply to you.
