If nobody is making sets, can I have some advice?

Alright, I don't think anyone is currently making sets and I don't even have Photoshop. Does anyone know how to simply merge a couple of gifs into one set, preferably with Gimp because that's the only editing software I have actually downloaded? 

 

Or can someone make me a flawless 2003 VMA signature? Even something simple.

just noticed I can add multiple gifs into one set so it doesn't have to be one gif like on exhale :bow: so I should be alright on my own.

There's actually someone who used to do that. Lyrical used to do wonders. He's here but probably overwhelmed by everything going on right now.
