But I believe that whenever the concert starts, and there are empty seats, I believe you're allowed to move closer, but I don't know. I've never had the issue before myself, BUT my sister just went to a Twenty One Pilots concert and switched seats, no one cared. I would double check and call Planet Hollywood if you wanted to, you gotta call The Axis Theatre. But I'm PRETTY SURE you could switch seats if someone doesn't show up.
